#KeVita Sparkling Probiotic Drink Review

KeVita Review- Getting enough probiotics in our diet may seem difficult at times.   We found the Kevita Sparkling Drink  is a good source of probiotics.

Like many people we have associated probiotics with yogurt.  Sometimes we do not want to have yogurt.  What if it is not agreeing with our bodies all of the time   We were surprised  when we heard about KeVita, a water-based beverage containing four strains of live probiotics. No dairy, no pills.  It is also certified organic, non-GMO, gluten free, and vegan.  With Ari being a vegetarian and an asthmatic she was thrilled to try Kevita.  Being an asthmatic she tries to stay away from a lot of dairy.

Probiotics are good for the digestive and immune system.  They are also good bacteria that can prevent many issues bloating, gas and diaharea.  This is an issue we often hear about with many people as they get older and with athletes as well.  We are not athletes, but like to exercise.  We have found that a better digestive system allows us to feel good and it is easier to add fuel to our bodies.

We sampled Kevita, Strawberry Acai Coconut.  A blend of strawberries, acai berries, KeVita Probiotic Culture and coconut water. KeVita Strawberry Acai Coconut is certified organic and non-GMO, low calorie, vegan, and dairy, lactose, and gluten free. Stevia sweetened. Contains no added sugar. It is definitely an acquired taste.  The little guy in the family did not like it to well, but he knows it is good for him and has opted to sip throughout the day or share with me.   When Ari sampled hers, she said, she knew I would like it.    It reminded her of Pellegrino and she knows how much I love Pellegrino.   It was an unexpected taste, but she was right.

Disclosure:  Product/Review was received in exchange for review.

  1. Great review! I used to drink Yakult a probiotic milk, I find these products not only delicious but also perfect for digestive system & as far as I know it contain a special strain of the bacterium Lactobacillus casei Shirota that contains billions of live and active "good bacteria.

    1. Thank you Amy! We have heard Yakult and seen the commercials, but have never tried it. We definitely understand trying to find products that work well for the digestive system. They are delicious. We will have to try Yakult as well.
