Marukan Rice Vinegar Review - The Best Vinegar


We could not have been more excited to have received bottles of Marukan Rice Vinegar and Yuzu Ponzu.

We have been using Marukan products for years.  We love adding it to our salads,, but are willing to add it to many other recipes. Last month we decided to eat protein, vegetables and fruits. On our cheat day we prepared a salad that had apple, broccoli slaw, cinnamon (on the apple slices) and rice vinegar.  We wanted to add dried cranberries, but we did not have any.  This was the perfect treat.  We were not eating with any sauces or condiments, that is why this was a treat.



We have only used Marukan rice vinegar and yuzo ponzu so we are a little biased towards the wonderful taste.

Marukan uses it's traditional, slow-brewed process to make the World's Finest Rice Vinegar that is rich in flavor and mild in taste. The rice vinegar is all natural, gluten free and non GMO verified.
